Shipping Policy
- We provide free shipping only on limited products. For a few products, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 50 is applicable. For heavy-weight products, the shipping fee may vary, please check the shipping fee on the checkout page before payment.
- All orders placed with www.bizeebuds.com would be shipped through our courier partners through Ship Rocket / Delhivery.
- All ordered products readily available in stock would be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
- The ordered products that are not readily available in stock will be shipped within 7 working days.
- Bizeebuds only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in time from order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the courier company due to any natural calamities or public holidays. Regional/ local rules may apply.
- All orders would be delivered only to the registered postal address of the buyer as mentioned on the ‘Order Summary’ page before checkout
- In case of delayed orders for more than 14 working days, feel free to write to us at Info@bizeebuds.com do not forget to quote your Order ID.
Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@bizeebuds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Return Policy
Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on www.bizeebuds.com
In case the product you received is 'damaged' or 'defective', our friendly return policy has got you covered. However, a return is not applicable for a change of mind.
Follow the below steps for easy returns.
Return request to be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
You may raise a request by writing to us at Info@bizeebuds.com. The request should be raised within the time specified in the above schedule.
The customer has to upload pictures/images of damaged / defective products. The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the picture/image.
On receipt of the return request, we may arrange the Pickup for most of the regions. If your PIN code doesn't fall in the purview or we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we'll inform you and request you arrange the shipping from your end.
The product to be returned should be finely packed in the return package with original packing and tags.
We will process 100% refunds once we receive & review the product at our end.
The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our return policy.
In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at our end, we can refund or replace the product.
Cancellation Policy:
Bizeebuds believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, an easy return policy. However, orders once placed cannot be canceled. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. You will need to send the product to the manufacturer's address. Manufacturers reserve the right to decline warranty service or change the terms of the replacement warranty at any time.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of the refund request.

If you have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number, or net banking login/password, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify Bizeebuds and indemnify Bizeebuds from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of Your Account. Under no circumstances does Bizeebuds ask for your confidential information
- We will never call you to ask for your credit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc.
- We will never ask you for your ATM Pin or your online password
- We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent
